Shipments and returns

We ship worldwide.
We ship from Poland (Europe).
Delivery time depends on the means of transport and the destination.

Within Europe we ship by Courier (UPS, DPD or GLS).
Delivery time within European Union is 2-7 days depending on destination.

We ship overseas (North America, South America, Asia, Africa) by Poczta Polska.
Delivery time outside Europe is 10-30 days depending on destination.

Each package carries an international tracking number.

Delivery costs: Delivery costs vary for 3 categories of products:

1. Small products including:
- Carbon fibre business cards
- Cup mats

Delivery cost of above products is 15 EUR

2. Medium size products including:
- Intake tubes - Air filters
- Carbon fiber sheets up to 50x50 cm
- Carbon fiber diving backplates
- Soft carbon (carbon fiber leather)

Delivery cost of above products is 25 EUR

3. Large size products including:
- Carbon fiber sheets sized 50x100, 100x100

Delivery cost of above products is 45 EUR.

Delivery cost of each product is specified on the Product Cart available in store. In case of a specific destination or a large quantity of products, the cost of delivery may be determined individually. In this case we will contact you.

You are responsible for paying any applicable local taxes, import duty or customs fees. We are obliged by customs authorities to clearly state the value of the goods on each package. Customs agents have sole discretion and authority regarding releasing your package or detaining it until their requirements are satisfied. Occasionally, they may detain your package. If your package has not arrived within 20 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will do our utmost to help you, Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address when ordering. We look forward to your kind cooperation to ensure that deliveries happen smoothly and efficiently.

RETURNS:

In the event that you wish to return an item, please email us at info@dexcraft.com and we will send you the instructions to be followed. Any item being returned must be: In perfect, absolutely unused condition and still in the original packaging. Please understand that if you use an item even for a few hours, that usage will be apparent and therefore the item will no longer be in absolutely new and unused condition. That means we could not accept it and we would not issue a credit to you. It is always best in that case to give it to a friend or sell it yourself. Note that your shipping costs for items that you return are not refundable and we are unable to exchange items. It is highly recommended to send returned items by recorded delivery as we are not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit. Enclose the sales invoice or packing slip with your return so that the buyer account number is clearly visible. We issue credits or refunds only to the buyer’s account.
