We manufacture large carbon fiber sheets using an advanced technology based on resin infusion. During the manufacturing process we use epoxy resin and high quality carbon fiber.

Available thickness of large carbon fiber sheets: 0,5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 3.5 mm, , 4 mm, 4.5 mm, 5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6 mm, 6.5 mm, 7 mm, 7.5 mm, 8 mm, 8,.5 mm, 9, 9.5 mm, 10 mm for solid core (from 1/64 inch to 25/64 inch) and up to 50mm (~ 2 inch) for low weight cores such as honeycomb, Coremat, Rohacell, or foam that creates so-called Carbon Fiber Sandwich Sheets.

1. How do you deliver big size / large carbon fiber sheets for export orders?
   
   

   Couriers such as TNT and DPD handle a maximum carbon fiber sheets of 100x100 cm (39x39 inch). It means a client generally needs to organize shipping or collection. We can certainly organize shipping if required but rates are higher than regular courier services and become cost effective only for large quantities. 2. I am seeking a carbon fiber sheet sized– 260x120 cm (~102x47 inch) and 3 mm (1/8 inch) thick – Do you manufacture just 1 item?
   
   

   Yes we do. Our Company manufacture big size carbon fiber sheets, sized maximum 370x150cm, and we can manufacture 1 item sized 260x120 cm and 3 mm thick. However, the buyer may need to arrange collection because shipping just one item may be expensive.

3. I am seeking a manufacturer or supplier of big size carbon fiber sheets sized 350x140 cm (138x55 inch) and 4 mm (5/32 inch) thick. I am going to place an order for 50 items a year. Do you provide this kind of service?
