Our company supplies thick carbon fiber sheets, up to 50mm (~2 inches) thick.

Maximum size of carbon fiber sheet over 5mm thick (>0.2 inches) is 120x280cm. Upon request we also supply carbon fiber sheets of thickness tailored to individual needs, offering accuracy up to 0.05-0.1 mm.

We manufacture thick carbon fiber sheets using an advanced technology related to infusion resin. During the manufacturing process we use epoxy resin and high quality carbon fiber delivered by reputable European suppliers, namely Hexcell or Angeloni.

Our services include carbon fiber sheet machining and milling with a CNC machine based on drawings in .dxf and pdf. format. We supply cutting services with a 4-axis milling CNC machine that features a working field of 300x200 cm.

1. Can you deliver a thick carbon fiber sheet with thickness of 10, 30mm?
   
   

   Yes we can. Upon request, our company supplies carbon fiber sheets with thickness tailored to individual needs. For this purpose we use standard sheets that undergo additional treatment with special machinery that offers grinding at accuracy up to 0.05mm. Both sides have a smooth surface, where one is gloss and the other a matt finish.

2. We are seeking company that provides services related to thick carbon fiber sheet cutting, mainly sheets 6 and 10.5mm thick. Can you provide such services?
   
   

   Yes, we can. Upon request, our company supplies thick carbon fiber sheets as well as services related to machining from drawings in .dxf format. We supply cutting services with a 4-axis milling CNC machine that has a working field of 300x200mm. We can deliver: edge chamfering, threading, milling slots for counter-sunk screws, as well as two-sided machining of carbon fiber sheets.

3. What fabrics are used during manufacture of thick carbon fiber sheets?
   
   

   During manufacture of thick carbon fiber sheets we use mainly: aesthetic fabrics - 200g (7 oz.) with 2/2 or 1/1 weave structural fabrics – 600g (21 oz.) with 2/2 weave Upon request we deliver carbon fiber sheets manufactured according to client’s specification (e.g. with biaxial, triaxial, UD fabric).

4. What is thermal resistance of thick carbon fiber sheets that you offer?
   
   

   All thick carbon fiber sheets that we supply offer thermal resistance to 70°C (158°Fahrenheit). However, upon request, we can supply carbon fiber sheets that have undergone special thermal treatment to ensure thermal resistance up to 120-130°C (250-265°F).
